The Benchmade Infidel 3350BK is a compact , automatic knife equipped with a D2 tool steel blade, a large deployment button and an aircraft-grade milled aluminum handle . The Benchmade Infidel 3350BK is a smaller version of the 3300 automatic knife , designed for uniformed services and everyday use. Tactical head The knife has a slim dagger profile head, made of hard D2 tool steel hardened to 60-62 HRC . D2 is the most corrosion-resistant carbon steel, which features high abrasion resistance, long retention of working sharpness and aggressive cutting . When choosing a knife made of such steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, as sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very labor-intensive and inefficient. The Teflon-coated blade has two cutting edges and an aggressive stab , so it penetrates easily and has good cutting properties. Instant unfolding The blade is unfolded by sliding the mottled slide forward, folding only requires reversing the slide in the opposite direction. The button has deep milling, so the knife can also be operated with gloves.
